The Energetx Composites Product Development process begins with researching and understanding the customer’s needs and requirements. We do a complete customer and market study to ensure the designs meet all applicable customer and regulatory requirements.
This research is the basis for our quality programs while in development. We design the validation program to the specific needs and application of the product. Not only do we validate the product, but also the whole manufacturing process so we know the production parts are of highest quality.
As we progress through the design process, we ensure the integrity of the design through numerous milestone checks and quality management steps. We apply analysis tools, scale model testing, full scale testing, and process validation tests to the models. Once the design is fully engineered, validated and prepared for manufacturing, the project is released.
