Employee Engagement

Employee input is part of our culture and is acquired at both the work cell level in an informal work team and at a more systematic level on a System 7 problem solving team. Also used quite successfully are:

  • Kaizen event teams
  • 5S Red Tag events
  • Targeted Station Improvement Process (TARSIP) teams
  • Design Reviews
  • Safety Audits
  • Activities Committee
  • Job-per-Station Audit teams

These teams each have a specific role to generate specific results. Continuous improvement is the goal for each.
