The Energetx Quality Management System prevents defects within each build station, identifies defects if one should occur, and includes methods to correct the defect and prevent re-occurrence. Success results when all elements of the “house” are in order.
In addition to quality systems that reside within other production system areas, we have several QMS specific items:
- In Station Process Control to insure the worker’s process is ready to use (equipment calibrated before use, for example) and measurements in place to verify it worked (ISPC record keeping)
- Quality Checks in which the work team stops and focuses on the work just completed and currently underway to verify correctness
- Training matrix to guide the training efforts
- ISO driven Work Instructions and Procedures throughout the company to bring a common language and readiness to all aspects of the company
- Jobs per Station to create a repeatable build sequence and to identify key points of quality interest
- Internal auditing to help promote in-company adherence to the system
- Supplier quality assurance system to help insure incoming material is controlled and meets the most demanding quality criteria
